Abstract
We report a patient with ocular myasthenia gravis mimicking symptoms and signs of superior divisional oculomotor palsy. While structural lesions of the anterior cavernous sinus are well known causes of divisional oculomotor nerve palsy, other lesions involving the pathways of oculomotor nervous innervation could lead to manifestation of divisional oculomotor palsy. This case may expand our understanding of variable features of ocular myasthenia gravis.
